Check Your Connection: Use the provided event link in advance to ensure your device connects successfully. Confirm your microphone and camera are working correctly. Watch Our Preparation Video: View this short, 3-minute demonstration featuring one of our mediums, Marc, giving a structured reading. This format will be taught and used during the event.
On the Day of the Circle:
Arrive on Time: Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will either not be admitted or will be unable to participate. Please plan accordingly. Use Your Registered Name: Your Zoom display name must match the name you registered with. Adjust your name before joining if necessary. Opening and Closing Procedure: If you're unfamiliar with how to open and close, please stay online until the end of the event. We'll guide everyone through the closing process. Liability Disclaimer: No liability will be accepted for any consequences resulting from failure to properly close at the end of the circle.
Communication Prior to the Circle:
We will contact you before the circle with additional information about ourselves, our training programs, and our methods. We communicate via text, email, and phone. You are not required to respond immediately—messages will be left if unanswered, without any offence taken. Please add our email address, marc@marcstuartmedium.com, to your safe contacts list. Booking and Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule, please use the links provided in your confirmation emails. We allow only one active booking at a time. Duplicate bookings will be removed automatically. If you miss the circle, you are welcome to rebook. Each participant is allowed one free circle event only.
